Trace Miller

Chief Executive Officer/ Founder

Trace has been the CEO of Konala since he founded it in May 2023. Founder of two other food and bar concepts, he worked to build out every detail of Konala for 3 years until its launch. His experience ranges from E-commerce sales to real estate, commercial construction, financing, and store level operations.

Jamie

Jammie Miller

Chief of Brand

Jammie has been the Chief of Brand since Konala’s founding in 2023, as well as a co-founder of the brand and Trace’s wife. During the last 15 years, she has worked her way up in the service industry from entry-level positions to owner of multiple brands, with a specialty in personnel management, branding, and social media marketing.

Chief of Staff

Cassie joined Konala as Chief of Staff in November 2024. She uses her five years of experience as an executive assistant, two years of events management, and a lifetime of experience as Trace’s sister to support and organize the Konala team.

Sam McKinney

Communications Specialist

Sam has been the Communications Specialist at Konala since July 2024, shaping the brand’s voice and customer engagement. She started in an entry-level role and worked her way up to General Manager for Trace and Jammie’s previous business, gaining hands-on experience in leadership and operations. Now at Konala, she drives creative campaigns, manages public relations, and ensures every message reflects the company’s commitment to fresh, healthy, and convenient dining.

Erica has been with Konala since September 2025, and brings five years of diverse marketing experience to the team. She ensures every touchpoint emphasizes Konala’s mission of making healthy eating delicious and easy, and shows the passionate and fun personality of the brand and team.

Melissa

Melissa Harrigan

Franchise Business Coach & Regional Manager

Melissa joined Konala as a Store Operator in March 2023 and worked her way up to Regional Manager and Franchise Business Coach. Melissa uses her previous experience as an Area Manager at StretchLab and current experience as a Regional Manager at Konala to train new franchisees and guide them in how to best operate their stores.
